Creating an organization starts a 14-day Scale trial automatically, no credit card required. Core has no trial — it is a plan you subscribe to directly. When a trial ends without a subscription, the organization is paused until you either subscribe or confirm you want to continue on the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and your members, projects and runs stay exactly as they were.
Every member of your organization counts as a seat, except viewers — a read-only viewer never uses one. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or expires, so a team can plan ahead without losing the place it reserved.
Yes. A plan applies to one organization and can be changed at any time. Moving between plans never touches your projects, suites, cases, runs or defects; only the allowances in the table above change.
The retention window covers closed runs and the results recorded inside them. Test cases, suites, projects, milestones and defects are not affected by it — they stay for as long as your organization does.
Self-serve checkout is not available yet. Every organization starts from signup, either on the Free plan or on a 14-day Scale trial. When subscriptions open, payment and invoices will be handled by Polar, our payment provider.
