Plan. Run. Report.

Every stage lives in the same place, on the same data — and every one of them is reachable from the REST API and the MCP server.

Test plan · configuration matrix
A Probara test plan expanding browsers against environments into a configuration matrix.

Plan

Nested suites, cases with steps, custom fields and attachments. A test plan expands a configuration matrix into the runs it needs.

Run · case execution
A Probara run case open for execution, with its steps and the per-case stopwatch running.

Run

Execute with a per-case result and a measured time. The stopwatch runs while the case is open, so the number is real, not an estimate.

Milestone · release progress
A Probara milestone showing release progress and the defects still open against it.

Report

Milestones roll up results as they land, defects link back to the failures that produced them, and the audit log keeps every state change accountable.

Record results from the device you’re testing on.

A tester holds the product under test in one hand and Probara in the other. The run, its cases and their results are one record — the screen changes, the record does not.

  • Nothing is desktop-only

No destination, action, field or filter available on desktop is missing on a tablet or a phone.

  • Hover is never the only way

An action revealed on hover at a mouse stays visible and activable where the device reports no hover.

  • The stopwatch counts real time

Time on a case runs from the moment it opens, wherever it was opened, with no pause and no idle exclusion.

From signup to first report

No sales call, no setup project. Sign up and the whole workflow is there.

  1. Create your organization

Sign up with email and password, name your organization, and create the first project. Invite teammates with roles when you’re ready.

  2. Bring your cases

Write cases in the editor, or import an existing repository — TestRail or Qase exports, or CSV, Excel, JSON, and XML. Imports are staged so you review before anything lands.

  3. Run and record

Launch a run from suites or a test plan, mark results as you go, and let the per-case timer keep durations honest. Failures link straight to defects.

  4. Report the release

Watch milestones fill in as results roll up, review the linked defects, and trace every change in the audit log.

Questions, answered plainly

What is Probara?

Probara is a test case management platform — the system of record for a QA team’s testing. You organize cases in suites, execute them in runs, and report results through milestones, defects, and an audit log.

Does it have an API?

Yes. Everything ships on a public REST API at /api/v1 with an OpenAPI spec and organization-scoped API tokens. There is also an MCP server, so AI agents and assistants can operate Probara directly.

What languages does it support?

The product is fully bilingual: English and Spanish are peers across the app and the documentation, and every team member picks their own language.

Can I import my existing test cases?

Yes. Probara imports TestRail and Qase exports, plus CSV, Excel, JSON, and XML files. Imports are staged: you review what was parsed before anything is written to your project.

How does billing work today?

Creating an organization starts a 14-day free Scale trial automatically — no credit card required. Core has no trial; you subscribe to it directly. During the trial, or afterward from your organization settings, you choose to subscribe to a plan, and billing is handled by Polar, our payment provider. When the trial ends without a subscription, the organization is paused until you either subscribe or confirm you want to continue on the Free plan — nothing is deleted while it waits.

Is my data isolated from other customers?

Yes. Probara is multi-tenant with the organization as a hard isolation boundary: projects, suites, cases, runs, and defects never cross organizations, and the audit log records every change inside yours.

Put your testing on the record.

Plan your first suite, run it, and read the report — the same day.
